Martin comes from historical town of Mikulov. Culture and vine mecca of Czech republic. He grew up on the Star Wars, Back to the future series, Jurassic park, Blade runner and other sci-fi and fantasy movies. Martin tried to create his own animated and sci-fi movies from his teen age. He learned 2D animation, 3D animation and postproduction techniques. Finally he studied animation department on FAMU in Prague, where his movies got a lot of awards around whole world. His graduating sic-fi short "I am bigger and better" was nominee for Student Oscar in USA. Martin loves to experiment with various techniques of picture production. He does live action shoots as well as animation production. He is continuously working on his project "Rosa&Dara and their great adventures", animated TV show for children. The R&D pilot movie was premiered in 2015 in cinemas and got on Netflix in 2020. And Martin's new animated feature film from Rosa&Dara world is now in production.
