WE ARE TISAX CERTIFICATED COMPANY! 🔒
Providers and suppliers of services in the automotive industry process highly sensitive information from their partners and clients every day. Therefore, they require proof of compliance with strict data and information security requirements.
For this reason, at the beginning of 2017, the ENX (European Network Exchange) association developed a standard called “TISAX®” - Trusted Information Security Assessment eXchange. TISAX® is based on the requirements of VDA, ISA, and is built on the key elements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard (VDA is the German Association of the Automotive Industry and ISA stands for "Information Security Assessment").

Information Obligation
The Boogie Films s.r.o. Company, with registered office at Dušní 866/22, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, ID No.: 27386252, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 115595 (hereinafter the “Controller”) places great importance on protection of your personal data.
We process your personal data and use it in compliance with the provisions of Czech legislation (Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data and on amendments to some acts), and also the legislation of the European Union (Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (EU) on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of this data, repealing Guideline 95/46/EC (hereinafter the “GDPR”).
What personal data do we process and why?
Most of data we process about our customers and other business partners is registered in relation to offering and providing our services. In most cases, this is basic contact data such as name, surname, telephone and e-mail address. Without this data, we cannot communicate with you or assure performance of our services.
The legal regulations and legislation in the Czech Republic also impose the duty of processing your personal data in certain cases. This typically means registering data according to legal requirements for the purpose of account keeping.
If you are a job candidate, we will process the personal data you send us, for our needs in relation to recruitment of employees and also so we can potentially sign an employment contract with you. If you are not a successful candidate, then your personal data is deleted from our records.
If you contacted us using the contact information available on the company’s website, then we only process the personal data you provide us with in order to settle your query/request.
All the aforementioned personal data that originates on the basis of our mutual communication and interaction is controlled by an in-house system for protection of personal data according to the valid legislation. This means that we control access to personal data, the technical measures for its protection and the period of its existence to the maximum possible extent.
Your rights
It is your natural right to receive information about the data about you that we process. You are also entitled to correct or block incorrect or non-current data, to restrict processing and to raise an objection against the processing of your data. In certain cases, you are also entitled to have your data deleted…

If you are convinced that we are not handling your data adequately and in compliance with the legal standards, you have the option to file a complaint with the supervisory office, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Transfer of personal data
All personal data obtained from customers and third parties is used exclusively for the company’s in-house needs, we protect it against misuse and do not provide it to third parties without prior warning or consent.
The exception is external companies who provide us with supporting services, and government bodies. We may or must provide your personal data to these entities in the minimum scope, for example during:
· investigation of illegal use of our services or for the requirements of judicial proceedings, data may be provided to criminal investigation bodies.
· administration of our information systems and applications.
We contractually require all these service providers (apart from government bodies) to process your personal data in compliance with the terms and conditions for protection of personal data and the valid legislation.
